We ensure that the quality of our products is thoroughly checked before shipping out to you. In the unlikely event if the fault of the item lies with us, we will send you a replacement item.
Every effort has been made to display our clothes and accessories online as accurately as possible. The colours of our products which are shown on our website will depend on many factors - including the display settings of your desktop computer, laptop or mobile devices.
Should you require an exchange/return therefore, please feel free to contact us at: service@icetan.com and we will reply you within 3-5 working days.
Some conditions have to apply and they are as follows:
- We accept exchange/returns items within 8 days grace period from the date of delivery and provided that the item(s) are not damaged, washed, altered, soiled or worn with all tags still attached and it should be in its original condition and packaging. Items will be individually inspected before a return and the decision to accept the return lies solely with us.
- Fill in the Return Form here and we will verify the return request within 5 working days. Once we have received and verify your return, a store credit note will be issued to your account within 7 working days. The credit note will be valid for 28 days and can only be used in one transaction. It is non-refundable nor extendable, any excess amount not utilized will not be refunded. There is strictly no cash refund.
- All exchange and returns will be done by mail. The customers will bear all shipping costs to return the items to ICE TAN Design.
- Exchange/Returns is limited to one time for the same item. (Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for a further return)
- The following items are not eligible for returns – Sales or Discounted items, Accessories, Jewellery, Made to Measure items, skincare and cosmetic products.
